These Terms govern access to Talvify websites, demonstrations, and services that reference them. By using those services, you agree to these Terms. Separate written agreements may govern paid or enterprise products and will control if they conflict.
Permitted use
You may use the services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with documentation and access restrictions. You may not disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the services.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for account activity and for maintaining accurate information. You retain rights to content you provide and grant Talvify the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service.
Intellectual property
Talvify and its licensors retain all rights in the services, product designs, software, trademarks, and related materials, excluding customer-provided content.
Disclaimers and liability
Public demonstrations use sample data and are provided for evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement, and Talvify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
